The Department of Radiology/Imaging at Tianjin United Family Hospital provides comprehensive imaging services for our patients. Our digital technology allows for images taken in our imaging suite to be transmitted via computer to specialists throughout the world for medical consultation. We have advanced medical imaging equipment on-site, including a Siemens X-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound machines. We provide a wide assortment of simple and complex imaging services to assist all departments in the diagnosis of medical issues.

Radiology/Imaging Services

  1. Prompt, efficient, and expert service to the patients at all times
  2. Radiological consultation with requesting physicians for effective diagnosis and treatment of their patients
  3. Diagnose, effectively communicate, and educate patients about their medical conditions
  4. Plain films: plain films, flat plate images, and portable films of abdomen and chest
  5. Ultrasound: imaging with Doppler studies of abdomen, obstetrics and gynecological problems, vascular, echocardiogram, and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures; imaging of cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, reproductive, and other body systems for patients of all ages; imaging studies for pregnancy care; guidance for biopsy and aspiration
  6. CT: Basic CT with angiography including high-resolution (thin slice) scans; contrast CT may be used for imaging of organs (lungs, liver, kidneys, and angiogram); angiogram and coronal artery exams available via green channel
  7. Fluoroscopy: Hysterosalpingogram, digestive system (excluding the colon), ERCP, urinary system imaging
  8. Mammography: Screening via green channel
  9. MRI: Full body plain and contrast exams available via green channel
