Xinyong Liu

Dr. Liu completed his undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies at Shandong Agricultural University from 2002 to 2011 and received his doctoral degree.

Dr. Liu has more than 16 years of clinical work and management experience in assisted reproduction laboratories. Prior to joining Tianjin United Family Hospital, he worked in the Assisted Reproduction Laboratory in the Department of Reproductive Genetics at Tai’an City Central Hospital.

In 2008, Dr. Liu studied Assisted Reproduction Laboratory Technology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. He participated in the qualification review of Intrauterine Insemination and In Vitro Fertilization as well as the verification once every two years in the center, so he is familiar with the qualification review process and inspection content. Since the trial operation of the center, the clinical pregnancy rate of fresh embryo transfer has remained above 55%, and that of frozen embryo transfer has been close to 50%. Related technical master assisted reproductive lab, including conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg cytoplasm single sperm microinjection (second generation test-tube baby), embryo and blastocyst vitrification freezing and thawing, assisted hatching, prokaryotic rating score and embryo, embryo transfer, blastocyst cleavage ball biopsy (three generations of IVF), etc.

Dr. Liu has presided over a joint special project of Shandong natural science fund and a Tai’an City science and technology development plan. He has published more than 10 SCI indexed papers (including 4 papers as the first author/corresponding author), and his papers published on Human Reproduction by the first author have been cited by domestic and foreign peers for nearly 170 times. Dr.Liu  was awarded twice, and personal third-class merit once.
